VETS Governmentwide Acquisition Contract   3

The agency is voluntarily taking corrective action to rectify a situation that has impacted a single proposal from Microtech, LLC of Vienna, VA in a single functional area, FA2, during evaluations for the VETS GWAC. Making this award is the appropriate step to ensure and promote acquisition integrity. This corrective action was identified during a recent systematic overall review of the evaluation by the agency, and the correction is unique/does not apply to other proposals since it wasn't found in any other instance. The resulting impact is that Microtech's FA2 offer has been deemed to be in the award pool of the most highly qualified offerors, above the natural break that differentiated awardees from non-awardees. As a result, this decision does not alter the known evaluation decision results or relationships that distinguished between awardees and non-awardees, it simply places one additional firm in the ranks of the awardees.
