Background
The University of Hawaii has developed and maintains the University of Hawaii Data Acquisition System (UHDAS), which is essential for the acquisition, processing, monitoring, and distribution of shipboard Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data. This system is currently operational on NOAA vessels and integrates with existing instrumentation and data workflows.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that aligns with the ongoing operational needs of UHDAS within the NOAA fleet.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on NOAA vessels equipped with UHDAS.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability in providing UHDAS support services specifically. They must have access to the proprietary software and technical expertise required for UHDAS operations.
