Background

Work Details
The contractor, General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., will provide ongoing Information Technology Services support for the EV-CIS. This includes software development, code maintenance, software technology innovation, and help desk services, with a focus on Agile software practices. Continued support is critical to maintain compliance with the Clean Air Act and ensure manufacturers meet regulations regarding emissions and fuel economy performance. The services are required to prevent a lapse in critical tasks during the transition to a new contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three months from November 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Washington D.C., specifically at the Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ), Compliance Division.
