Description

Limited Sources Justification - Development and Platform Services
Background
This is a Limited Source Justification executed by the Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Office of Information Technology.

The purpose is to establish a sole source award for software development, maintenance, and support services during a period of stay due to a protest on a follow-on competitive award.

Work Details
The contractor will provide continued support for IT strategy and digital modernization efforts, program and project management, operational and maintenance support for existing applications and commercial-off-the-shelf products.

This includes maintenance of HHS-OIG’s existing cloud infrastructure and planning and execution of projects to mature HHS-OIG’s cloud infrastructure and practices.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance will be from October 31, 2021 through April 30, 2022, consisting of a Base Period of six months.
