S/4 HANA consulting services with NS2 contractors

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Division I, Branch IV, on behalf of the Business Integration Office (BIO), is seeking to procure S/4 HANA consulting services with NS2 contractors. The purpose of the contract is to migrate and configure SAP ECC SOH attachments into SAP S/4 HANA and provide guidance for cloning additional environments.

Work Details
The detailed tasks include planning, managing, migrating, and configuring the OpenText system to the SAP S/4 HANA environment, upgrading the source OpenText system to the supported version required for migration, installing and configuring DEV2, QA2, QA1, and Production environments, migrating OpenText Oracle databases to HANA databases, migrating and configuring OpenText attachments from the ECC SoH environment to OpenText in the SAP S/4 HANA environment, administering, integrating and testing support aligned with BIO's SAP S/4 HANA conversion schedule, assisting BIO in planning and managing the integration of the Open Text system with BIO configuration and delivering appropriate tools as required, developing OpenText system copy documentation and configuration/customization documentation for future use, providing Golive Support for 30 days after Golive that aligns with BIO's SAP S/4 HANA Golive.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will include one non-severable sixteen-month base period of performance.
