RBMS Point of Sale Support see attached market survey
Background
The Department of the Interior National Park Service is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a service contract to sustain, operate, and maintain the Recreation Business Management System (RBMS), the NPS service-wide point-of-sale system used for collecting, remitting, accounting for, and reporting on recreation fees under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (FLREA). The contract period will be for one (1) base year plus (4) option years from the date of contract award.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to have experience in furnishing services for on-premises point-of-sale devices used in fee collection locations at national park units, a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, and a data reporting environment deployed in the Microsoft Azure cloud. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email, Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, and a capabilities statement demonstrating experience in the specified areas.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be for one (1) base year plus (4) option years from the date of contract award.
