Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide an annual license for 'The Portal Connector Enterprise SaaS Cloud version' which includes:
- Version updates to the current portal software version
- Secure world-wide hosting in Azure
- Sitefinity DX with Site Sync
- Unlimited logins and page visits
- Add-ons including:
- Power BI
- Form Flow
- Audit Module
- E-commerce Module.

The contract will cover multiple periods of performance for the Portal Connector License and Hosting from September 3, 2026, to September 2, 2031.

Bidder Requirements
Only Sylogistgov Inc. can provide the required proprietary licenses for their platform. Market research indicates that similar products do not meet agency needs and that Sylogist does not have any resellers or licenses available under any Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) such as NASA SEWP or GSA.
