Once there, you must click on Acquisitions and Contracts, then Open Solicitations. Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading there own copies of these documents. Potential Offerors are not required to register to receive these documents. NO telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to multiple contractors on a competitive basis for Operations and Maintenance in support of its Concorde project. The acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition under NAICS 541519. The solicitation will be available on or about February 15, 2003 and issued through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hardcopies of the solicitation will NOT be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. The proposed contract will have a period of performance of one year and four one-year options, beginning on or about June 15, 2003. Security background investigations will be performed on contractor personnel. Proposals will be evaluated and selection made based on technical and cost criteria, which may include the offerors' capability to provide experienced and qualified personnel, the offerors' management plan, and the offerors' past performance.
