Native American Student Information System Recompe

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisition Management is issuing this solicitation for the Native American Student Information System (NASIS) to support the BIE's mission of providing quality education to Native American students.

The contract aims to enhance the management and processing of student information across over 180 schools in 23 states, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and improving educational outcomes for Indigenous students.

Work Details
The contractor will provide IT and telecom business application/application development support services, which include:
1. Development and maintenance of the NASIS platform, ensuring it meets the needs of users across various educational institutions.
2. Implementation of data migration strategies to transition existing student information systems to NASIS.
3. Delivery of training programs for end-users ranging from novice to expert levels, focusing on effective use of the system.
4. Ongoing technical support and system updates as necessary to maintain functionality and security.
5. Collaboration with BIE staff to ensure that all services align with educational goals and regulatory requirements.

Period of Performance
Base Year: July 3, 2025 – July 2, 2026; Option Year 1: July 3, 2026 – July 2, 2027; Option Year 2: July 3, 2027 – July 2, 2028; Option Year 3: July 3, 2028 – July 2, 2029; Option Year 4: July 3, 2029 – July 2, 2030.
