Questions and Answers from the RFP are also included in the amendment posting as separate document. --------------------- 03 May 2018: The solicitation has been issued. --------------------- 13 February 2018: The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-18-R-0005 for professional and technical services to support Information Technology (IT) operations and the physical and logical infrastructure of its Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Secret RDT&E (SRDT&E) networks. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in a multiple award contract (MAC). SSC Pacific intends on awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts. The prospective contracts will have a two-year base period with a three-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 1,139,790 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters. The incumbent contractor is Cameron Bell Corporation (doing business as Gov Solutions Group (GovSG)) which previously provided support under contract number N00178-14-D-7651 Task Order 7N01. The closing date is changed from 23 October 2017 to 25 October 2017 at 1000 Pacific Time.
