Moody's Financial Contact - Sole Source

Background
The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Secretary (OS), on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), is issuing a Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source for a procurement contract. The goal of this contract is to award a Purchase Order to Moody’s Analytics, Inc., which is uniquely positioned to provide an integrated solution that meets BOEM's specific needs for financial and company information.

Work Details
The contract will involve the provision of a CreditView Subscription from Moody’s Analytics, Inc. This subscription will deliver essential services including:

- Company information
- Financial information
- Multiple credit risk indicators
- Companies’ liquidity assessments
- Covenant protection details
- Corporate governance insights.

The Department of Interior has determined that no other vendor can provide this comprehensive integrated solution.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the contract is twelve (12) months for the base period, with four (4) additional option years, totaling a maximum duration of sixty (60) months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Moody’s Analytics, Inc., located at 7 WTC At 250 Greenwich St., New York, NY 10007.
