The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD), CA intends to establish a firm fixed-price, Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with at least three qualified vendors via General Services Administration (GSA) schedule 70 using Special Item Numbers (SIN) #132-52 Electronic Commerce and Subscription Services. Services are for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) which include dial tone services, measured and flat rate; trunking services; features, local service and trunking; Internet and internet related services; purchase and installation of ancillary items; analog and digital access transport services; and intra-LATA interconnect functions to support Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station San Diego (NCTSSD). The applicable NAICS code is 517911 Telecommunications Resellers, Standard Size 1500 Employees. This procurement will be unrestricted. The complete solicitation will be available on or around 15 February 2020 under the following number: N00244-20-R-0006. Potential contractors are hereby notified that solicitation N00244-20-R-0006 and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download from GSA EBUY www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy on or around 15 February 2020; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the contractor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
