IT Support Services (ITSS) IDIQ   13

Background
The Indian Affairs Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) IDIQ contract is being issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). It is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and is intended to provide IT support services for a period of ten years. The contract is anticipated to be awarded as multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with hybrid Time and Material (T&M) / Labor-Hour (LH) / Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders.

Work Details
The tasks under this contract include providing IT support services, complying with accessibility standards, handling security requirements, and returning all DOI-owned and leased computing and information storage equipment at the end of the contract. The contractor will also be responsible for transition plans, quality assurance, and adherence to Federal Travel Regulations for travel-related expenses. The contract also specifies that all deliverables must meet applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR § 1194.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the initial IDIQ(s) will be ten years from the effective start date listed on each respective contract. For those TOs issued before the expiration of the IDIQ contract, the period of performance may extend up to twelve months after the expiration of the IDIQ contract.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for delivery will be defined at the Task Order (TO) level.
