Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is committed to providing secure, reliable, and efficient service delivery channels for electronic transactions. This contract aims to enhance SSA's digital identity proofing processes to meet growing public demands for online services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide identity proofing technology Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including resolution, validation, verification, risk-based identity proofing, client device risk assessment, and out-of-wallet questions.

Tasks include identity proofing through primary and secondary data collection, government ID data validation, business/entity data evaluation, generation of out-of-wallet questions from various knowledge categories, scoring responses to these questions, and risk-based decisioning for credential issuance/logins assessment.

The solution must integrate seamlessly with existing SSA systems and adhere to federal security guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period from 09/30/2021 to 09/29/2022 with options extending through 09/29/2028. An additional option may be exercised anytime during the contract period for up to six months.

Place of Performance
All work must be performed within the United States.
