HUD IOO Cloud Service Provider

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), through its Interior Business Center (IBC) Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
This RFI aims to gather information and plan for HUD's Infrastructure Operations Office (IOO) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) requirements, which are critical for supporting HUD's mission to provide housing services and mortgages to millions of Americans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services under this contract, including:
1. **Program and Project Management Support Services**: The contractor shall deliver program management, account manager, and technical account manager support services. Key personnel will be responsible for establishing a cloud service catalog, delivering monthly performance and financial status reports, and maintaining a project management plan that includes an integrated master schedule detailing tasks, milestones, deliverables, risks, resources, and dependencies.

2. **Cloud Service Providers Support Agreements**: The contractor will ensure continuous availability of HUD's IT infrastructure by providing cloud services capabilities such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). They must maintain compliance with federal standards and ensure 24/7 access to HUD data in designated data centers.

3. **Quality Control**: The contractor is required to establish a quality control program ensuring all services meet contract requirements. This includes developing a Quality Control Plan that outlines methodologies for identifying qualified personnel and resolving issues identified during performance reviews.

4. **Deliverables**: Specific deliverables include monthly performance reports, project management plans, risk logs, transition plans, cloud service provider agreements, and operational environment setups.
