Work Details
The contractor will provide Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) geological interpretive tools and subsurface interpretation technology. Key tasks include:
- Providing geoscience, petrophysical, geophysical, and engineering software applications focused on subsurface characterization and petroleum exploration.
- Ensuring software applications support mission-critical functions including shallow hazard analysis, data management, reservoir simulation, geophysical modeling, seismic inversion, and carbon sequestration modeling.
- Offering maintenance, technical support, consulting services, and training for BOEM/BSEE personnel.
- Proposals must include detailed hardware requirements for both local client environments and virtual cloud environments.
- The contractor must ensure compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and provide solutions that can scale according to user demands across various operational regions.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract ordering period is five years from the date of contract award. Individual task orders may extend beyond this period but cannot exceed five years in duration.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the Contractor’s location; however, services may also be required at BOEM/BSEE offices located in New Orleans, Camarillo, Anchorage, Sterling, and other remote locations.
