Description

Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) Supplemental Support Logical Follow-On in accordance with FAR 8.405-6.
Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Division I, Branch IV, on behalf of the DOI Business Integration Office (BIO), is seeking supplemental support for its Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) to ensure continuity during the migration to SAP S4HANA.

Work Details
The contract involves SAP Solution Manager administration, stress and volume performance testing, Tableau Server administration for data extraction used by over 1,000 users, and technical writing for system and user communications.

It includes developing test plans, executing tests, resolving issues, and supporting FBMS operations during the S4HANA deployment and stabilization.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover the period from October/November 2024 through January 2025 for Hypercare Support post go-live.

Place of Performance
Federal worksite with necessary security clearances.
