Background
The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is issuing Request for Quote 140M0125Q0028. BOEM's mission involves managing the development of the nation's offshore energy resources while ensuring environmental protection.

The goal of this contract is to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Data and Information Management services, leveraging an existing General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 54151S, which pertains to Information Technology Professional Services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive data management services, which may include but are not limited to: data collection, data analysis, data storage solutions, and information management systems.

The contractor must ensure that all services comply with applicable guidelines. Specific tasks may involve developing strategies for data integration, ensuring data quality and security, and providing technical support for BOEM's data management initiatives.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until December 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the BOEM New Orleans GOMR Office located at 1201 Elmwood Park Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70123.
