See RFP which is attached in the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page. 27 September 2018: The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-18-R-0351 for Cr Cryptographic Modernization and Key Management Engineering Services. This is a follow-on requirement to two task orders with Nathan Kunes, Inc. The incumbent task order numbers are N00178-14-D-4849-7N01 and 7N02. A Draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this synopsis. SSC Pacific intends on awarding a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract from the prospective solicitation. The prospective contract will have a two-year base period with one three-year option period. The estimated level-of-effort for the total requirement is 364,800 labor hours. The NAICS code code for code for this procurement is 541512 with a size standard of $27.5 million. This proposed acquisition has security requirements at the Top Secret level with in in incidental Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
