Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency has a requirement for 24 hour per day/7 day per week preventative and on-call maintenance for the Crisis Management System (CMS), a secure video teleconferencing system, on all CMS hardware and software. This requirement also includes providing hardware/software systems engineering and integration for changes to the CMS. The period of performance is for one two-year base period, beginning 1 November 2004, with four one-year option periods and three one-year award terms. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Any firm believing that they can provide the CMS support should submit a written response to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Purnell Drew within 15 days after publication of synopsis. An affirmative response shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required services and support. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the CMS.
