Background
The U.S. Navy, through NAVFAC, is issuing a solicitation for the Design-Build (D/B) construction of an Entry Control Point (ECP), a reinforced concrete perimeter wall, and access roads at Basa Air Base located in Floridablanca, Pampanga, Philippines.

The mission of this project is to enhance security and operational capabilities at the base. The contract aims to provide comprehensive construction services that meet the specific requirements set forth by the Navy.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Construction of an Entry Control Point (ECP) which involves standard foundations for guard booths and search area canopies, including concrete footings and grade beams.
2. Erection of a reinforced concrete perimeter wall east of Gate 25 and west of Gate 25, including CMU walls, columns, and associated masonry work.
3. Construction of access roads with site preparation involving clearing, excavation, grading, backfilling, and compaction.
4. Installation of electrical services including rough-ins and lighting fixtures for perimeter lighting.
5. Compliance with safety and security requirements throughout the construction process.
