D-B Renovate Zenel Hajdini and Skenderbeu Schools, Kosovo   3

Background
The solicitation is for the Design-Build renovation of Zenel Hajdini School and Skenderbeu Primary School in Kosovo. The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and safety precautions necessary for the renovation of the schools. The work includes installing new exterior insulated panel systems, windows, doors, parapet flashing, gutters, downspouts, interior doors, flooring, patching and painting interior walls and ceilings, renovating restrooms, upgrading the electrical system, installing a French drain and concrete drainage swale, adding threads and handrails to staircases, and replacing wood flooring in the gym/multipurpose room. The solicitation also includes specific instructions for proposal preparation and submission.

Work Details
The construction tasks include renovating Zenel Hajdini School by installing new exterior insulated panel systems, windows, doors, parapet flashing, gutters, downspouts, interior doors, flooring, patching and painting interior walls and ceilings, renovating restrooms, and upgrading the electrical system. The renovation of Skenderbeu Primary School involves installing a French drain and concrete drainage swale, replacing interior doors and frames, floors, adding threads and handrails to staircases, patching and painting walls and ceilings. Additionally, there is an option for renovating Skenderbeu Primary School's multipurpose room by replacing wood flooring in the gym/multipurpose room and ductwork. Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Zenel Hajdini School in Terstenik and Skenderbeu Primary School in Hogosht, Kosovo.
