Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial services under FAR parts 12 and 15. The solicitation was posted on 6 August 2018. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS) for Navy Region Northwest has requested FLC Puget Sound procure telecommunication dial tone services for approximately 11,200 Commercial Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) phone lines and provide circuits to support dial tone services for Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton. Provide technical support service for moves, adds, and changes (MACs). The base period of performance is 01 October 2018 through 30 September 2019 with four one-year options.
