The COF effort will provide a broad range of Cyberspace Operations Forces (COF) capabilities to provide cybersecurity defense for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) enterprise. This will be Security Operations Management/Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) services for on premises and in cloud environments. The major associated activities that the contractor shall perform are cybersecurity boundary defense; infrastructure support; intrusion detection monitoring and incident management; cyber threat analysis; security solution administration; insider threat detection and analysis; cybersecurity forensic analysis; data scientist for zero trust, policy analytics, Splunk, and continuous improvement and optimization.

The anticipated acquisition strategy for the COF requirement is to leverage GSA's Multiple Award Schedule Information Technology Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number. The COF requirement is planned to be set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541519.

The anticipated base period of performance is 01 September 2022 30 September 2022, with a one-month transition beginning on 01 August 2022.
