Cybersecurity Support Services Bridge Contract

Background
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is seeking to award a bridge contract for Cybersecurity Support Services to ensure continuity of critical operations. This contract is necessary to avoid a service gap as the current contract with Starlo Innovation, LLC expires on June 14, 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive Cybersecurity Support Services, which include but are not limited to:
1. Cybersecurity Engineer Services
2. Security Architect Services
3. Cybersecurity Analyst (IAM 2) Services
4. Mid-Level Vulnerability Assessment Analyst (IAT2) Services
5. Mid-Level Information Systems Security Officer (IAM 2) Services
6. Mid-Level Computer Network Defense Analyst (IAT1) Services
7. Incident Responder Services
8. Cybersecurity Analyst (IAT 1) Services.

All services must comply with the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The pricing arrangement for these services will be firm fixed price.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from June 15, 2026, to September 14, 2026, with three optional one-month extensions available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency located at 201 12th Street South, Suite 107, Arlington, VA 22202-5408, United States.
