Cybersecurity Program Support Services (CPSS)

Background
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is consolidating two existing contracts, P3CT I and P3CT II, into a single contract for Cybersecurity Program Support Services (CPSS).
The goal of this consolidation is to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with the agency's mission.
The previous contracts were awarded to support cross-divisional strategy and mission alignment, which has led to a necessary reorganization within the Information Services Division (ISD).
The consolidation aims to optimize the use of federal staff and funding by combining similar workloads under one contract.

Work Details
The consolidated contract will encompass a broader scope of work that includes:
1. Program Management & Project Support Services
2. Information Security Governance and Training Strategic Support
3. OIT Research & Strategic Planning Support
4. OIT Communications Services
Additionally, tasks from the original contracts that contributed to defining program strategy, mission alignment, organizational readiness, program management, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement will also be included.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the proposed consolidated requirement is structured as a twelve-month base period with two consecutive twelve-month option periods.
