Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Capacity Building (CB) Cybersecurity Engineering and Technical SME Support Services (CETSSS)

Background
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leads the national effort to understand, manage, and reduce risk to the cyber and physical infrastructure. CISA works with critical infrastructure partners every day to address the evolving threat landscape. The risks it faces are complex and geographically dispersed, affecting a diverse array of stakeholders, including Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB) agencies; private sector companies; and state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments. CISA spearheads a national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to provide enterprise procurement support to programs within the Capacity Building Subdivision of CISA. The support services shall address the technical and engineering needs of the entire Cybersecurity Division (CSD) organization as they are prioritized and evolve over the period of performance (PoP). The tasks include providing FISMA and Cyberstat subject matter expertise, supporting High Value Asset Program Management Office (HVA PMO), providing technical cyber support to the Federal Enterprise Improvement Team (FEIT), offering CSSO Cloud & Shared Services subject matter expert support, providing cyber threat intelligence subject matter expertise, deployment and system engineering support, and programmatic test engineering support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance (PoP) for this task order is anticipated to be flexible and agile in adjusting to a complex and evolving cybersecurity organization.
