Description

A single award BPA with fixed rates was awarded to LRP Publications, Inc. in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies are unique and/or highly specialized. These services will allow Department of Labor (DOL) Human Resource Professionals to utilize a searchable tool that provides the Department of Labor with an on-line comprehensive database via the internet that provides authoritative, all-in-one searches for federal civil service law professionals to include the searchable information. LRP Publications, Inc. has the requisite experience and unique qualifications to provide this searchable database via the internet.
