This is a brand name acquisition with a Base Period and 4 Options Periods.

It is the Government's intention to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for these services

Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) is seeking CyberArk tools to enable ACF to meet current and future operational and security requirements, identify and address performance issues efficiently, and proactively resolve issues before they impact system users. The contract is a brand name acquisition with a Base Period and 4 Options Periods. The mission of the ACF is to foster health and well-being by providing federal leadership, partnership, and resources for the compassionate and effective delivery of human services.

Work Details
The CyberArk tools are intended to provide privileged access management software that includes features such as privileged account vaulting, privileged credential management, privileged session brokering, privileged session approval workflow, privileged session monitoring and auditing, just-in-time least-privileged access, privileged account discovery, privileged account lifecycle governance, privileged task automation, privileged user/process behavioral analytics, active directory bridging for providing domain accounts/groups for Linux servers, secrets management for non-human users and DevOps pipelines, multi-factor authentication for privileged users, and agent-based privileged elevation and delegation management. The contract also includes specific deliverables for each period including Protects IT personnel and isolates datacenter resources, Agentless/dynamic solution for removing hardcoded secrets from apps and tools with Central Credential Provider and/or Dynamic Access Provider including agentless C3 integrations, Professional Services Day, Senior Consultant day, CyberArk Training Days/Credits.

The period of performance for the contract is from September 30, 2023 to September 29, 2028.
