Background
The United States Army Cyber Protection Brigade (USACPB) requires contractor training support for Defensive Cyber Operations instruction to enhance operational capabilities in direct support of the United States Cyber Command (USCC) Cyber Mission Force (CMF). This contract aims to provide advanced individual cyber training, low density subject matter expertise enhancement, and certifications necessary for the effective functioning of cyber protection teams.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all exam vouchers, personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver instruction and support services in a classroom environment. The contractor is responsible for providing high-quality management, exam vouchers, and instructors for advanced individual cyber training in areas such as forensics, industrial control systems, management, and security.

The training will focus on defending tactical through strategic networks and telecommunications systems at all levels of the Global Information Grid. Specific tasks include:
- Maintaining current curriculum and developing new curriculum;
- Performing planning, research and development;
- Conducting classroom and lab instruction;
- Developing course materials;
- Grading assignments;
- Providing blended training solutions;
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Government regulations.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is defined as a 12-month period from September 30, 2024, through September 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905.
