Description

1) Vendor prime must be able to offer all 5 courses such as CompTIA Security+ (Sec+), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Certified Info Security Manager (CISM), and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Cyber Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification boot camp courses virtually/remotely (both pre-recorded and live) via public , private and private in-person (LAAFB). Please use the attached RFP template (RFP_As of 17 May 23). 2) Vendor must have a proven, effective history, and successful certification exam pass rates working with the DoD or other USG Agency. 3) Vendor must be able to support un-billed retraining to a lesser/easier boot camp course (of the 5 courses) if the student candidate is not able to successfully pass the initial course exam. 4) Vendor must be able to offer the boot camp training course, course materials, voucher for exam, and a 2nd voucher at no cost to retest within 90 calendar days of the exam failure. 5) Vendor must be able to offer a "Test/Exam Pass" guarantee 6) If student member failed an exam, Vendor must provide options to retake the same certification class in an audit capacity (sit in) within 12 months. 7) Vendor must make available the course, practice tests, and reference materials and content for at least one year both in a digital and printable format. 8) Vendor must provide courses based on standard business hours for Pacific Standard Time. 9) Evaluation Criteria: Best value. If there are portions of this requirement that you cannot meet, please also include alternatives in your quote as well. This is not a promise of award. This requirement is projected to be competitive and no reimbursement will be provided until successful contract award to the winning bidder and availability of funding is guaranteed.
