USCIS is re-issuing the Cyber Security Support Services (C3S) Operations RFQ (RFQ ID: RFQ1594814) in the GSA eBuy system as the requirements of the RFQ are modified. Please see the updated C3S-Operation RFQ for details on the requirements, instructions , evaluations, and submission procedures. If you have previously submitted a quote in response to the RFQ ID: RFQ1594814 and would like USCIS to consider your original quote; please provide a recertification stating that and the updated validity date for your original quote. If you have not previously submitted a quote in response to the RFQ ID: RFQ1594814 and would like to be considered; a quote submission would be required IAW with the updated RFQ. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide an updated C3S-Operations RFQ, Amendment 0003 (Clean and Track Changes). 2. Extend the quote submission date to 9:00 am ET on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. All revisions are hereby incorporated into this RFQ via Amendment 0003. Quoters shall acknowledge this amendment in their quote submission.
