Cyber Security Engineering and Risk Management Framework Support Services

Background
The contract is issued by the Department of Defense (DoD) and focuses on providing Cybersecurity Engineering and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services. The goal is to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and maintain the security of various information systems at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).

The contractor will play a critical role in supporting the DoD's mission to protect sensitive information and maintain operational integrity.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Cybersecurity Engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing RMF analysis, planning, execution, and maintenance of client system(s) Authority to Operate (ATO).
2. Conducting RMF activities to establish and/or maintain ATO and RMF compliance for ATC systems/projects including ATC LAN, ATC LIN, ATC STE, and ATC T&EN.
3. Reviewing proposed engineering changes to system hardware/software baselines for performance satisfaction.
4. Supporting Configuration Management processes and technical reviews for system changes.
5. Providing architectural support for software baselines requirements and design.
6. Identifying and documenting Cybersecurity requirements through RMF for SECRET and TOP SECRET environments.
7. Categorizing ATC systems and identifying system boundaries while gathering pertinent organizational information.
8. Selecting applicable security controls based on system categorization.
9. Implementing selected security controls to protect information systems' confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
10. Assessing security controls using industry best practices to ensure correct implementation.
11. Supporting Security Control Assessor visits and assessments.
12. Conducting continuous monitoring activities for maintaining security authorizations.

The services will be performed at the Aberdeen Test Center.
