Background
The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions received from industry about the solicitation and to add minor updates to the RFP as a result of the questions received. The proposal submission deadline is not changed as a result of this amendment.

Work Details
The contract is for Cyber Risk Assessments. The Offeror is required to provide a written narrative of their understanding and capability to perform various tasks, including providing a detailed step-by-step procedure and methodology for each critical task, identifying areas that may impact successful performance, and presenting an implementation plan.
Additionally, the Offeror needs to respond to two scenarios related to cyber-susceptibility/vulnerability analysis and risk assessment on embedded systems for a major aircraft platform, and provide information on team members, assumptions, technical approach, performance risk analysis, roadmap/schedule, models & tools, and management approach. The Offeror also needs to address staffing, transition plan, past performance evaluation information, price/cost proposal details including ground rules and assumptions, direct/indirect rates, and DCAA Information/Payroll Verification information.
