Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is sponsoring an Industry Day to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the Cyber Physical System Executing in Real Time (CyPhER) Forge program. The goal of this event is to offer a valuable forum for attendees to gain insights into the CyPhER Forge objectives, network with colleagues, and engage with subject matter experts.

CyPhER Forge aims to revolutionize defense test and evaluation (T&E) by breaking the direct link between physical system complexity and test duration.

Work Details
The Industry Day will include presentations on the CyPhER Forge program, which seeks to reduce required test points for developmental systems through two core innovations:

1. A real-time digital twin incorporating multi-physics-informed surrogate modeling, uncertainty quantification, and continuous data assimilation.
2. An artificial intelligence (AI) test agent that provides statistical safety guarantees, applies the twin to identify novel knowledge-maximizing test protocols, and plans and executes testing with machine precision.

The integrated digital twin and AI test agent will create an automated, adaptive, end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis solution operating in real time. The event will also facilitate teaming opportunities among attendees.

Period of Performance
The Industry Day is scheduled for January 22, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Place of Performance
Amentum Kennan Conference Room located at 4121 Wilson Blvd Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22230.
