This is a combined synopsis solicitaiton for previously posted RFQ FA8773-23-R-0023 in support of the 39th IOS to purchase commercial training vouchers for SANS courses, The Government intends to award this action as a sole source and the approved J&A will be posted wtih the award IAW FAR 6.305.

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Headquarters Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing this solicitation in support of the 39th Information Operations Squadron (IOS).

The goal of this contract is to procure commercial training vouchers for Cyber Operations Supplemental Skills Training IV (CyOSST IV), which includes System Administration, Networking, and Security (SANS) courses and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) attempts for students.

Work Details
The contract involves purchasing commercial training vouchers for the following services:
- System Administration courses
- Networking courses
- Security courses
- One Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) attempt per student.

The services will be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
