Cyber Data Innovation and Services (CDIS)

The U.S. Department of Education, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Assurance Services (IAS) is seeking proposals for a Cyber Data Innovation and Services (CDIS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and Call Order. The contract will involve various tasks related to program and contract management, compliance and risk management support, high-level requirements, security information and event management, cyber data lake, integration support services, information security continuous monitoring, general support services, and transition in and out support. The contractor will be responsible for administering and managing the CDIS Program, ensuring cybersecurity compliance requirements are met, maintaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) for the CDIS Solution, and providing a FedRAMP authorized CDIS Solution that meets Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Publication 199 standards for security categorization of federal information and information systems with potential impact Moderate. This opportunity requires specialized experience and knowledge in cybersecurity and program management.
