Cyber Center of Excellence Instructor Training Support Services

Background
The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Eustis is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources for Instructor Training Support Services at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

The Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) provides education and training support to the U.S. Army, foreign military, other services, and civilian personnel for military occupational specialties and professional development. The CCoE consists of the U.S. Army Signal School, U.S. Army Cyber Schools, and the Cyber Noncommissioned Officers Academy (CNOCA).

This contract aims to support the CCoE's training mission by acquiring services that develop and provide doctrinally sound performance-oriented training using TRADOC approved Programs of Instruction (POI).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Cyber Center of Excellence Instructor Training Support Services (CITSS). Specific tasks include:
- Providing certified and qualified instructors as per individual task orders.
- Conducting various types of training including classroom instruction, hands-on practical exercises, simulation/virtual training, and field exercises.
- Preparing classroom or training areas and managing training devices.
- Applying advanced instructional methods and adult learning models.
- Conducting assessments of student performance through critiques and remedial training as needed.
- Participating in academic counseling and grading homework projects.
- Supporting mobile training teams as required by operational needs.

Place of Performance
Primarily at Fort Eisenhower, GA; however, work may also occur at other locations such as Fort Cavazos, TX; Joint Base Lewis McCord, WA; Camp Robinson AR; Fort McCoy, WI; and Fort Liberty, NC.
