THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS NOW POSTED FOR THE CYBER CDID MA IDIQ -- DATE NOVEMBER 18, 2020.

All questions and responses regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation. Please ensure all three (3) identified personnel are included in all correspondance.

DECEMBER 2, 2020 UPDATE -- The purpose of this update is to clarify the due date of the completed PPQs. It has been brought to our attention that there is a discrepancy in the due date of the PPQs. Attachment 4, Past Performance Letter and Questionnaire, states PPQs are due no later than 3 days after receipt of request or by 2 pm EST on December 10, 2020. RFP para L.4.3.1.4.4.1. states PPQs are due in accordance with the date and time identified in block 9 of the SF33. Please adhere to the deadline listed at RFP para L.4.3.1.4.4.1.

DECEMBER 2, 2020 UPDATE2 -- Attachment 4 has been updated and uploaded, see Attachment 4..._Updated 2 Dec. Please note, this document has been provided in a Word version for easier editing.

DECEMBER 10, 2020 UPDATE -- Amendment 1 will be issued soon to address all of industry's questions and make any necessary adjustments to the solicitation. This amendment will include a proposal due date extension.

DECEMBER 11, 2020 UPDATE -- AMENDMENT 1 IS NOW POSTED. This amendment extends the proposal due date to 29 December 2020. This notice includes the following attachments: (1) W9124921R0001 Amendment 1; (2) W9124921R0001 Conformed to Amendment 1; (3) revised PWS at Attachment 1; (4) DD 254 Addendum to Attachment 2; (5) revised Price Workbook at Attachment 5; and, (6) answers to industry's questions at Attachment 6. Blue font and strikethroughs have been used, where available, to indicate changes in the solicitation, PWS, and price workbook. The question and answer period is hereby closed.

DECEMBER 16, 2020 UPDATE -- AMENDMENT 2 IS NOW POSTED. This notice includes the following attachments: (1) W9124921R0001 Amendment 2; (2) W9124921R0001 Conformed to Amendment 2; (3) revised PWS at Attachment 1; and, (4) revsied answers to industry's questions at Attachment 6. Attachment 6, Answers to Industry's Questions, has been updated to answer seven (7) questions that were inadvertently left off of the attachment posted in Amendment 1. Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement has been updated on page 84 as a result of one (1) of these answers. Three other answers have been clarified in Attachment 6 - #11, #12, and #33. Changes have been marked with blue font. No other changes have been made to this solicitation.

DECEMBER 23, 2020 UPDATE -- CLARIFICATION ONLY. This notice is to provide clarification regarding the Government's response in Attachment 6, specifically subcontractor submission requirements. The required Factor 4 - Price information is required from subcontractors when prime offerors are using subcontractor rates to establish pricing. If the prime chooses not to use subcontractor's rates to establish the rates provided in the proposal, we do not expect to see supporting information from subcontractors. No changes have been made to the solicitation based on this clarification.
