The 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron (1 SOFSS) and Military Personnel Flight Section request contract support for the Customer Support Section for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform customer support services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 - Office Administrative Services and the Size Standard is $12,500,000.00.

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside

1. Incorporate government responses to solicitation RFI's.

2. Incorporate revised Attachment 4 - Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 to change the date of request for a DoDSAFE file drop link from 15 January 2025 to 10 January 2025.
All other provisions and clauses remain unchanged. (effective 31 December 2024)

***Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend proposal due date by six (6) calendar days from 15 January 2025, 2:00 PM CST to 21 January 2025, 2:00 PM CST.
2. Incorporate revised Attachment 4 - Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 to change the date of request for a DoDSAFE file drop link from 10 January 2025 to 21 January 2025, 12:00 PM CST.

3. CO and POC has changed.

Background
The 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron (1 SOFSS) and Military Personnel Flight Section are seeking contract support for the Customer Support Section to provide non-personal services.

The contractor will be responsible for delivering all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to perform customer support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contract is issued as a Firm Fixed Price agreement. This solicitation is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide customer support services including but not limited to:
- Support for the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and five Real-time Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) terminals.
- Management of Automatic Records Management System (ARMS)/Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA), Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), Common Access Cards, Adoption, Citizenship programs, Family Care Plans, and Leave Web programs.

All tasks must adhere to the standards set forth in the Performance Work Statement dated July 15, 2024.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods:
- Initial period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
- Subsequent option periods from April 1 of each year through March 31 of the following year until March 31, 2030.
