9 September 2020 UPDATE: Please see new attachments: Attachment 1 - CSS Performance Work Statement (PWS) IDIQ, Attachment 7 - CSS Task Order 0001 PWS, and Amendment 0004. Proposal due date has been extended. Offerors must submit complete proposals by 14 September 2020 at 1200 Central Time. However, offerors are encouraged to submit their business proposals and past performance earlier if they so choose.

27 August 2020 UPDATE: Please see new attachments: RFP QAs Round 3, and Amendment 0002 with updated RFP Attachments. Systems Integration CLINs will now be ordered solely in Task Order 0001; additional integration requirement information is found in Appendix 4 as amended. Proposal due date is now 9 September 2020. Questions regarding changes executed via Amendment 0002 may be submitted until 1 September 2020. Any questions received thereafter may not be answered due to time required to research responses. Contract Period of Performance has been updated, see Amendment 0002.

20 August 2020 UPDATE: Please see the latest attachment, RFP QAs Round 1. The Government has answered the first round of questions submitted by interested vendors. The Government plans to post the second round of answers within the next couple of days. Reminder, please send all responds to Nick Van Osdale, nicholas.a.vanosdale.civ@mail.mil, Michael Heth, michael.d.heth.mil@mail.mil, and Cassie Range, cassandra.a.range.civ@mail.mil.

CLARIFICATION: The Government anticipates award of one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements contract. The IDIQ contract defines the terms, conditions, and pricing that will apply to ALL Task Orders issued thereunder. The IDIQ period of performance outlines the timeframe in which the Government may issue Task Orders. RFP Attachments 1 through 6, and all Appendices correspond to the IDIQ contract.

Task Orders are what the Government issues from the IDIQ to order surveys. Task Order 0001 will be the first Task Order executed, and will specify the quantities and types of surveys the contractor shall provide. Attachments 7 and 8 correspond to Task Order 0001.
