Work Details
The contractor will provide customer satisfaction data collection and analysis services for the BEA website. Key tasks include:

3. Proposing a digital data collection methodology capable of gathering at least 25,000 responses per year;

5. Ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Federal Section 508 guidelines;
6. Conducting usability audits of the BEA website;
7. Providing ongoing analysis and recommendations based on survey results;
8. Supporting compliance with FedRAMP requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be one year from the date of award, with four possible additional option periods of twelve months each.
