Oak Ridge National Laboratory is in need of 20 19" 2U rackmount chassis. The chassis must meet the requirements identified in Attachment E-RFP372606 Custom Chassis Requirements.

Background
Oak Ridge National Laboratory requires custom rackmount chassis to support their operational needs. The goal of this contract is to procure 20 units of a specific design that meets detailed specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 20 units of 19" 2U rackmount chassis. The specifications for the chassis include:
- 16 tapped M2 x .4mm holes on the front panel
- 2 6-32 holes on the back panel
- Exterior finish: Black powder coat only on front and back panels with white graphics
- Material: All metal should be grained finish AL 5052-H32
- Additional features: The recessed D shaped cutouts should be masked on the front panel, as well as the GND insert on the back panel.
