Custom Built Eliza Test Kits - which have a sole source PATENT   2

U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, intends to award the following
requirement as a "sole source procurement" to the vendor: Dave Lambillotte Consulting, Inc., (DLC) located at 2734 Loker Ave. West , Suite K, Carlsbad, California. Dave Lambillotte Consulting (DLC) will produce a quantity of 455 custom built ELISA test kits for the detection of anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibodies in human serum using antigen (TgERP) and human anti- serum provided by the USDA. U.S. Dept. of Agriculure holds the Patent number: US-7544789-B1 for DNA encoding Toxoplasma rDGP5p protein. North American Industrial Classification Code ( NAICS) Code is: 541711. ELISA test results can vary widely when using tests produced by different manufacturers. Since all previous production of the kits using the patented antigen and all publications relating to the antigen have used the Dave Lambilotte Constulting supplied kits, it is important for comparative purposes to continue to use the same manufacturer. David Lambillotte is the current owner of SafePath Laboratories. SafePath Laboratories no longer produces Toxoplasma kits. Custom kit manufacturing are now provided exclusively by Dave Lambillotte Consulting, Inc. Once the antigen and antibodys are shipped by U.S. Dept. of Agriculture to Dave Lambillotte Consulting,Inc. (DLC), DLC will use proprietary methods to bind the TgERP to polystyrene plates at a specific concentrations, and using positive human serum provided by ARS, appropriate dilution values will be determined for antigen and serum. DLC will validate test performance, including sensitivity and specificity of the test. (DLC) will provide all necessary components for the test kit, pre-coated ELISA plates, serum diluent, plate washing buffer, substrate solutions, 2nd step antibody, and stop buffer, and positive and negative controls. All completed kits will be shipped by January 15th, 2016. No other kits are compatible
