Background
This contract is issued by the 63d Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD), which supports soldiers across seven states to provide top-tier base operations support in the Southwest region of the United States.

The goal of this contract is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional appearance at the Army Reserve facility located at 406 N. Ben Jordan Street, Victoria, TX 77901-8637 through effective janitorial/custodial services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other necessary items to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contractor must ensure that all services are performed to the standards outlined in this contract. The objective is to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and a clean appearance. The contractor will not receive supervision from the government but will be accountable solely to themselves. Quality control is the contractor's responsibility and must align with commercial practices. The contractor must also address any non-conformance issues as they arise.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from December 16, 2025, to December 15, 2026. This includes one base year with four optional years and a potential six-month extension.
