Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for custodial services for the 99th Readiness Division located in New Kensington, PA. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and the overall appearance of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other non-personal services necessary to deliver custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope of custodial services includes designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, and stairways. Specific tasks include:

- Weekly: Space cleaning, cleaning walk-off mats, emptying waste containers, floor care (sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping), restroom services (sweeping/dust mopping, damp mopping, emptying waste containers, cleaning fixtures, servicing restrooms), and cleaning floor drains.

- Semi-Monthly: Space cleaning (including drinking fountains) and restroom services.

- Monthly: Space cleaning (vacuuming carpets/rugs), cleaning walk on/off mats/systems, low dusting/cleaning.

- Semi-Annual: High dusting/cleaning and washing interior/exterior doors and frames.

- Annual: Floor care (stripping and re-waxing floors and shampooing carpets/rugs). The contractor must also maintain effective quality control to ensure compliance with performance standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one base year of twelve months with four additional twelve-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at NEW KENSINGTON MEM USARC/BMA 106 2450 LEECHBURG ROAD NEW KENSINGTON, PA 15068-4697.
