It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.

Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.

Background
The solicitation W911SA-25-Q-3004 is issued by the 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division, which supports approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of this division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. The goal of this contract is to procure custodial services for Facility MO001 located at 1200 Westover Road, Belton, MO.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:

1. Floor Cleaning: Vinyl Tile - Sweep/Dust Mop weekly; Damp Mop weekly; Spray Buff semi-annually; Strip, rewax and buff annually; Remove trash/recyclables weekly.

2. Floor Cleaning: Epoxy - Sweep/Dust Mop weekly; Damp Mop weekly; Remove trash/recyclables weekly.

3. Floor Cleaning: Carpet - Vacuum weekly; Shampoo annually; Remove trash/recyclables weekly.

4. Rest Room Cleaning - Service restrooms twice a week; Clean toilet bowls, urinals, washbowls twice a week; Floor cleaning twice a week; Tile & Grout Cleaning annually.

5. Dusting - Low dusting monthly; High dusting semi-annually.

6. Glass Cleaning - Interior windows annually; Exterior windows annually.

7. Miscellaneous Cleaning - Clean fountains and sinks weekly; Clean rugs and walk-off mats weekly.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is anticipated from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with four one-year option periods and an option to extend services for up to six months.

The contract will be performed at Facility MO001 located at 1200 Westover Road, Belton, MO.
