Background
The 413th Regional Contracting Office, Alaska has a requirement for Custodial Services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Government is seeking a non-personal, Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform custodial services including but not limited to: cleaning restrooms and kitchens; removing trash and emptying recycle bins; cleaning windows; sanitizing food service areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets; sweeping and mopping floors; buffing, dusting and scrubbing walls; cleaning upholstered furniture; and other associated work as directed by the Government's Representative (COR) or Alternate's Representative (ACOR).

Services include scheduled cleaning services according to performance standards outlined in the PWS. Specific capabilities include:
- Capability I - Enhanced Service;
- Capability II - Standard Service;
- Capability III - Basic Service.

Additional tasks include special event cleanings and annual refinishing of maple wood floors.

Period of Performance
Phase-in Period from February 25, 2025 to March 4, 2025; Base Period from March 5, 2025 to March 4, 2026; with options extending through March 2030.

Place of Performance
Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska.
