Custodial Services for Joint Base San Antonio Randolph   3

This Solicitation Amendment FA301621R00200001, effective 15 June 2021, is to:

1. Incorporate a revised PWS titled "Atch 1- PWS RND Custodial (15 Apr 21)-v1";

2. Incorporate a revised Schedule B titled "Atch 2-Schedule B_v1 (15 Apr 21)";

3. Update corrections to solicitation CLIN descriptions and corrections to 52.212-1, which includes correction of the Contract Specialist email address to belinda.spencer@us.af.mil;

4. Extend the proposal due date to 23 June 2021 by 2:00PM Central Standard Time (CST);

5. And post Questions and Answers (Q&As). To show complete acknowledgement, any interested Contractor shall submit a signed copy of the SF 30 and a signed copy of the Conformed Solicit

Amendment 1-

The purpose of this amendment is:

1. Add Question and Concerns due date under 52.212-1,

2. Correct Email to send proposals under 52.212-1,

3. Add details that there will NOT be a site visit under 52.212-1 and

4. Add not to exceed (NTE) amounts for CLINs 0X28.

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Seguin Air Field, and Canyon Lake Recreation Area in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms in order to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and the Service Summary. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
