Background
The solicitation is for custodial services at USAG-Italy Vicenza and Poggio Renatico (FE), Italy. The contract is anticipated to result in a single-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with an ordering period of five years from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2029. The ID/IQ contract minimum is €250,000.00 and the not-to-exceed ceiling amount is €7,300,000.00. The cumulative total of all Task Orders awarded as a result of the solicitation will not exceed €7,300,000.00 over the life of the ID/IQ contract.

Work Details
The work includes custodial services for various categories such as 'Green 5', 'Green 7', 'Amber', 'Amber Plus', and 'Red Baseline' services. The tasks include cleaning services, deep cleaning services, carpet cleaning, additional bathroom cleaning, cleaning of single and double soldier rooms, unscheduled cleaning services at different locations such as Ederle and Del Din. The contractor is required to provide Custodial Services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All DeliveryTask Orders will be Firm Fixed Price and issued within the five-year ordering period.

The period of performance shall be for one (1) base period (12-months) and four (4) 12-month ordering periods.
